Yekaterina Chudnovsky
Yekaterina Chudnovsky is currently General Counsel for a national privately-held technology firm, overseeing intellectual property, trademarks, technology acquisition, and mergers & acquisitions. She has also served for the past 10 years as a Board Member of the GI Research Foundation (GIRF) for the University of Chicago Digestive Diseases Center, and was named President of the Board in 2019. Her work with GIRF contributes to raising over 3 million dollars annually to support the physicians and scientists at the University of Chicago and beyond. Prior to her current roles she began her legal career at Thomas Coburn Fagel Haber, with a focus on corporate law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, and business banking. Mrs Chudnovsky received a B.A. in political science and Slavic literature from Northwestern University, and a J.D. from DePaul University.
