Steve Flores

Steve Flores, Vice President, Supply Chain is accountable for the planning, sourcing, production, and delivery of reliable supply across Elicio’s operations value chain.  With over 15 years of experience successfully leading high-performing teams throughout the biopharma industry Steve brings a wide range of operational experience from previously held roles at Amgen, Baxalta, and Allogene Therapeutics, including drug product manufacturing, supply chain planning, cold chain transportation, distribution, warehouse management, and quality assurance.

Steve joined Elicio in 2022 from Allogene Therapeutics where he held roles of increasing responsibility within the Supply Chain & External Manufacturing organization.  By fostering a culture of purpose, people, and process Steve and his team successfully implemented several key internal and external capabilities.  Externally, the team built the network infrastructure required to reliably store, label, package, and deliver ultra-cold therapies – including several patent filings to enable supply flexibility at scale.  Internally, the team was responsible for successfully leading the warehouse design, respective equipment qualification, ERP-WMS implementation, and overall cGMP operational readiness.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Pepperdine University.

In his free time Steve enjoys espresso, deep dish pizza, baseball, and long walks on the beach.
