Marc Wolfgang, MS
Marc Wolfgang, MS oversees Elicio’s CMC and Quality functions supporting the company’s novel immunotherapy programs. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience in biotech and pharma.
Prior to joining Elicio, Marc served in senior leadership positions overseeing various development, manufacturing and quality functions at several biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies including Sail Biomedicines, BioNTech US Inc., Cerulean Pharma Inc., Millenium Pharmaceuticals Inc., Biogen Inc. and Boehringer Ingelheim. He led and supported CMC development of numerous clinical and commercial products including small molecule, biologic, and cell therapy modalities. In 2016, Marc served as the Chairman of the Nanomedicines Alliance in Washington DC responsible for liaising with the FDA and NCI, and co-leading nanomedicine advocacy efforts with Congress.
Marc holds a Master of Science degree in chemistry from Montclair State University and Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the Pennsylvania State University.
In his free time, Marc competes and coaches wrestling, enjoys rock music, and loves hiking the local New England mountain ranges. Marc and his wife have three beautiful daughters.
